Nevertheless, it was not easy to make everybody happy so Brussels Ketjep asked to more than 50 restaurants in Brussels to choose the best mayonnaise between 3 different recipes. And here is the winner! A belgian style “mayo” with eggs and flavoured with a sweet touch of lemon.
